These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our Website and to suppliers who purchase advertising or directory listings from us.
By using our Website or purchasing a supplier listing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or purchase our services.
- About Asian Wedding Suppliers
Asian Wedding Suppliers is an online wedding supplier directory and advertising platform.
Our purpose is to help couples and other customers discover wedding-related businesses and to help suppliers promote their businesses and services.
We are not a wedding supplier, wedding planner, booking agent, event organiser or payment processor.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we are not a party to any agreement between a supplier and a customer.
Any booking, quotation, payment, contract or other arrangement between a supplier and a customer is made directly between those parties.
- Supplier Listings
Suppliers may pay to have their business listed or promoted on the Website.
Listings may include information such as:
- Business name
- Contact details
- Photographs and videos
- Business descriptions
- Services offered
- Pricing information
- Areas covered
- Website and social-media links
- Other promotional information
Information contained within a supplier’s listing may be provided by the supplier.
Although we may review, edit, update, remove or moderate content at our discretion, we do not guarantee that information supplied by a supplier is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular customer.
Customers should independently confirm important information directly with the supplier before making a booking or payment.
- No Guarantee or Endorsement of Suppliers
The inclusion of a supplier on the Website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, accreditation, certification or guarantee by Asian Wedding Suppliers.
We do not guarantee that any supplier:
- Is genuine or reputable
- Is available on a particular date
- Is appropriately qualified or insured
- Holds any licence, certificate or qualification they claim to hold
- Will provide services to a particular standard
- Will deliver goods or services on time
- Will honour a quotation or agreed price
- Will remain in business
- Will meet a customer’s expectations
- Will provide the services advertised
Customers are responsible for carrying out their own checks and making their own decisions before booking or paying a supplier.
- Agreements Between Suppliers and Customers
Any quotation, booking, payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, contract or other arrangement between a supplier and customer is solely between the supplier and customer.
Asian Wedding Suppliers is not a party to that agreement.
Any dispute between a supplier and customer must be dealt with directly between those parties.
This includes disputes relating to:
- Deposits
- Payments
- Refunds
- Cancellations
- Postponements
- Non-attendance
- Poor or inadequate services
- Defective goods
- Late delivery
- Failure to provide services
- Changes to agreed services
- Pricing
- Availability
- Misrepresentation
- Damage to property
- Personal injury
- Losses relating to a wedding or event
- Any other disagreement between a supplier and customer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asian Wedding Suppliers will not be responsible for disputes, losses, claims or damages arising from agreements or dealings between suppliers and customers.
- Supplier Payments
Supplier listings are paid for by contacting us through WhatsApp or another payment method communicated by us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, supplier listing fees are charged monthly.
The applicable monthly fee and services included in the listing package will be communicated to the supplier before payment.
Payments made to Asian Wedding Suppliers are payments for our directory and advertising services only.
We do not collect or hold customer payments on behalf of suppliers and do not process payments between suppliers and customers unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Monthly Listings and Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, supplier listings are provided on a monthly basis.
A supplier must contact us if they wish to cancel their listing.
Cancellation of a listing does not automatically entitle a supplier to a refund for a period that has already been paid for.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing where payment is overdue or where the supplier breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Any specific cancellation arrangement agreed in writing with a supplier will take precedence where applicable.
- No Guarantee of Results
Our services provide suppliers with advertising and promotional exposure.
We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales, customers, leads, website visits, telephone calls, messages or any particular commercial result from a listing.
The performance of a supplier’s listing may depend on factors outside our control, including customer demand, competition, seasonality, pricing, location and the supplier’s own reputation and services.
Payment for a listing is therefore not payment for guaranteed business or bookings.
- Our Right to Remove or Suspend Listings
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, edit or remove any supplier listing or content where we reasonably believe that it:
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
- Contains misleading or inaccurate information
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
- Is offensive or inappropriate
- Infringes another person’s rights
- Relates to unlawful activity
- Creates a legal or regulatory risk
- Could damage the reputation or operation of the Website
- Is otherwise unsuitable for the Website
Where appropriate, we may request further information or evidence from a supplier.
- Supplier Responsibilities
By submitting a listing, a supplier confirms that:
- The information provided to us is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- They have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photographs, videos, logos, text or other material provided to us.
- Their business and services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- They will deal honestly and professionally with customers.
- They will honour agreements made directly with customers.
- They will obtain any licences, insurance, qualifications or permissions required for their business.
- They will not provide customers with misleading or false information.
- They will notify us if important information in their listing changes.
The supplier remains solely responsible for their business, employees, contractors, products, services and dealings with customers.
- Supplier Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a supplier agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Asian Wedding Suppliers, its owners, operators, employees, contractors and representatives against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:
- The supplier’s business or services
- The supplier’s dealings with customers
- Information supplied by the supplier
- Misleading or inaccurate information supplied by the supplier
- Content uploaded or provided by the supplier
- Infringement of another person’s intellectual property or other rights
- The supplier’s breach of these Terms & Conditions
- The supplier’s breach of applicable law
This does not apply to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by our own negligence, breach of contract or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers use the Website at their own discretion.
Before booking or paying a supplier, customers should independently:
- Check the supplier’s identity and contact details
- Check reviews and references
- Request written quotations
- Confirm exactly what is included in the service
- Confirm cancellation and refund arrangements
- Confirm availability
- Check relevant qualifications or insurance where appropriate
- Make sure they are satisfied with the supplier before making a payment or entering into an agreement
Customers should not assume that a supplier appearing on our Website means that the supplier has been personally guaranteed, certified or endorsed by Asian Wedding Suppliers.
- No Responsibility for Supplier Performance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for the acts, omissions, representations, products or services of any supplier listed on the Website.
We are not responsible for losses arising from a customer’s decision to contact, book, instruct or pay a supplier.
This includes losses arising from:
- A supplier cancelling
- A supplier failing to attend an event
- A supplier providing inadequate services
- A supplier failing to deliver goods
- A supplier ceasing to trade
- A supplier retaining a deposit
- A supplier charging a different price
- A supplier providing misleading information
- A supplier failing to fulfil an agreement
- Any other dispute between a supplier and customer
Your agreement for a supplier’s services is with the supplier, not Asian Wedding Suppliers.
- Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to this, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings or business opportunities arising from your use of the Website or your dealings with a supplier.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, hosting failures, third-party service failures, cyber incidents, government action, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We make reasonable efforts to operate and maintain the Website, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete or up to date.
Some information displayed on the Website may be supplied by third parties.
We reserve the right to change, update, remove or add content at any time.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms or performance.
Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own risk.
We may use WhatsApp to communicate with suppliers regarding listings, payments, renewals and other business matters.
WhatsApp is a third-party service and is operated independently of Asian Wedding Suppliers.
We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages, changes to its services, technical problems or issues arising from the use of WhatsApp.
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that they communicate with the correct Asian Wedding Suppliers WhatsApp account.
